I have used these mops for years while they we easy to find and a fraction of the current price. It is obvious I love this brand when I paid the high price. However, the seller made it so difficult to open, I didn’t get to use it after I spent an hour peeling off sticky bubble wrap that was then tightly covered with black plastic. Clear plastic was then wrapped around the first two layers that was followed by tape! There has got to be a better way to ship it.
