I picked up the bike rack at the store. It was well packaged. The back has a nice brace to support the upright part of the rack when loaded with bikes. The spacing from the threaded anti-sway hole to the back side of the upright is about 9.5″. All the bike mounts are movable and there are 4 straps per bike. Overall very solid and I would purchase it again.
